Do I need to stop taking Sertagen and Fluxazol to take Nexpram?

Good evening, I am currently taking fluanxol and sertagen 50 mg, I have reduced it to 25 mg, do I have to stop taking these two drugs completely to take Nexpram 10 mg or just reduce Sertagen to zero for three days.

Fluxazol, Sertagen and Nexpram are prescription-only medicines and any changes in their dosage/substitution should be made as directed by your doctor. We do not have enough information about your treatment and health condition to help and clearly determine the appropriate pattern of conduct. Fluxazol with Nexpram is not indicated due to the increased risk of arrhythmias.
