When to stick Evra patches?

Good morning, I have a question whether when using patches (evra) when bleeding occurs and then the patch is not glued you need to additionally protect yourself with condoms or not?

Subsequent patches should be applied regardless of the observed bleeding. The patch should be changed once a week - after 3 patches you should take a 7-day break and start the next package. Then the protection will be preserved.
