If I got rashes and had to stop taking antibiotics, can the symptoms of the disease come back?

Good morning, on January 7 I was prescribed the drug amotaks 1 g twice a day. Three days after taking the antibiotic, i.e. today (10.01) an itchy, burning and painful rash appeared on my face. I called my GP and he told me to stop taking the medicine without prescribing another substitute, and I'm afraid three days of antibiotics is too short. If I stop it, will the disease and its symptoms not return?

Discontinuation of the antibiotic after 3 days may cause the symptoms of infection to return. Nevertheless, if you have not tolerated the medicine well and the fever and other worrying symptoms have resolved and the doctor has advised you to stop the therapy, please follow the specialist's instructions. Perhaps it is worth implementing symptomatic treatment - relieve the symptoms of cough with the use of medicines and over-the-counter means. If the cough is wet, you can use drugs that dilute the secretion and facilitate expectoration. I will also add that all other symptoms of the disease have disappeared except for the persistent cough.
