In cytology it will not come out, in the urine test and culture abnormalities may come out.
And if there was such an infection, would any abnormalities come out in cytology or urine test?

Pap smear does not detect chlamydial infection. Tests that are useful to determine the infection will be urinary tract tests: swab from the urethra for atypical bacteria, general urine test, urine culture, morphology, CRP, ESR, antibody test from the blood p/Chlamydia IgA, IgM, IgG. Urine culture alone may not be enough, you may need to perform several of the tests listed.
