How to change Vines tablets to Belara?

Hello. I am currently using vines tablets, but I feel very bad after them and they have been changed to Belara tablets. I took the 21st tablet today and hence my question: when can I start taking new tablets? I would like to add that currently not knowing why I am bleeding, also my cycle has already been slightly "disturbed". For the sake of well-being, I would like to change them as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your answers

You can start taking Belara tablets after you have finished taking the active (yellow) Vines tablets, which is instead of the first placebo tablet. Contraceptive protection will remain preserved, but spotting and intracyclic bleeding may occur during the first cycle.
