Can I shorten the withdrawal bleeding break?

Good morning. I took the last tablet from the blister on Tuesday. It was followed by a break. It should be 7 days. However, I would like to shorten this break so that the withdrawal bleeding the next month appears a few days earlier. Today there was a withdrawal bleeding (Saturday). Can I take the first tablet from the package today, even though it is the first day of bleeding? And will the effectiveness of contraception be maintained?

Yes, you can shorten the break and start another cycle. This will not affect the effectiveness of contraception. You can also skip the break next month and start the next pack of the medicine(s) immediately. Then surely the bleeding will not occur on days when you do not want it to occur. This is a shift in bleeding. Bleeding should occur with a break from the next blister. The process is safe for the woman, however, frequent attempts to postpone bleeding / skip withdrawal bleeding breaks should already be consulted with your gynecologist.
