Biofenac and Metotrexat are prescription medicines, if such dosage has been allowed by the prescriber, these drugs can be taken as such. There is a risk of interaction during the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Biofenac) during treatment with Metotrexat, however, if in the course of the disease it is necessary to take an analgesic, it is permissible. In patients using this combination, morphology and renal function should be monitored. The greatest risk of interaction between Metotrexat and Biofenecam, causing an increase in the toxic effects of Metotrexate, occurs when using a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug within 24 hours of taking Metotrexate, a 2-3 day interval reduces the potential risk of side effects.
