Can I use Zolmitriptan for migraine if Divascan doesn't help?

I suffer from migraine after trauma (fracture of the base of the skull) I have been taking Divaskan for about a month, there have already been 2 migraine attacks, the benefits of Divaskan are zero, should I continue to drink it if it helps to cope with zolmitriptan. Maybe there is some therapy with drops, injections?

Divasacan is a medicine that relieves migraine symptoms, but does not completely eliminate them. Taking other seizure cessors (eg, zolmitriptan) is permissible. However, all medicines containing Zolmitriptan can only be obtained with a prescription and should not be used without consulting a specialist. If the frequency of attacks prevents us from functioning normally, because they occur several times a month or more often, I also encourage you to consult your doctor. If you are unable to get to your doctor, the gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to get a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja You will probably need seizure prevention medications, which should be taken regularly, regardless of the occurrence of migraines. I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/migrena-niezwykly-bol-glowy
