Can I take Torecan for nausea and Captopril for blood pressure if I have covid and have been taking Dulsevia for a month?

Hello. From 4 weeks I take Duselvia. I'm sick with COVID. I have terrible nausea and dizziness. I also struggle with pressure surges. Can I take Torecan for nausea and Captopril for blood pressure?
