To get free antiretroviral drugs, you need to go to a specialist clinic. More here about the facilities where you can receive treatment: http://leczhiv.pl/dlapozytywnych_09.html#_artykul&gsc.tab=0 Going to the antiretroviral clinic does not require a referral. The patient can choose any medical facility throughout the Polish.
