If your doctor has recommended the use of Dexaven after the end of a course of antibiotics, follow his instructions. Dexaven is not an antibiotic, it is a steroid. Both drugs are prescribed only on medical prescription - there is no interaction between them, therefore, it is the doctor who decides on such treatment.
