If after taking an orlifique tablet with a 13h delay in the 3rd week of the cycle, I take the rest of the tablets and take a 7-day placebo break, am I still protected? What should I do if I don't want to skip placebo pills because I want to bleed?

If you take a missed Orlifique tablet in week 3 with a delay of 13 hours, contraceptive protection will only be provided if you skip the placebo pills and start a new pack immediately after the current active pills: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88838/orlifique-tabletki-powlekane/apteki The use of placebo tablets from the current pack will reduce the effectiveness of contraception. It has not been studied to what extent incorrect use of the drug will reduce its effectiveness. However, if you decide to take placebo pills, I encourage you to use an additional method of contraception until the end of the next pack of Orlifique. We wrote more about how to use contraception correctly in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
