Bufmix Easyhaler is a preparation containing the inhaled corticosteroid budesonide and the long-acting beta2-mimetic formeterol. Weight gain and swelling are not side effects reported with Bufomix Easyhaler. However, it should be noted that the increase in body weight and the appearance of edema are side effects that occur with the use of corticosteroids, and budesonide belongs to this group.
