Should I start taking Nolicin? Can I use Nolicin together with Zulbex?

If the doctor after the symptoms found by teleporade prescribed nolicin and the urine test did not show anything disturbing in the urine, should I start taking this drug? I mention that I have reflux and I take zulbex. I do not know what to do because I often urinate and I have a burning sensation and terrible pressure on the bladder. Please help.
