In my opinion, you can be vaccinated against the flu, but you will need to consult a doctor (with your doctor). Chronic use of immunosuppressants (and Leflunomide does) is associated with a high risk of post-flu complications. Therefore, people with weakened immunity (including those caused by medication) not only can, but even should, be vaccinated against influenza every year. To get vaccinated, it will be necessary to obtain a prescription for the vaccine, pass the qualification for vaccination, and here it is already necessary to visit and have a medical history. Contraindications to influenza vaccination are: acute febrile diseases, exacerbations of chronic disease (I understand the disease is not in exacerbation), serious adverse reactions after previous vaccination against influenza, allergy to egg white in the degree of anaphylaxis.
