Procto-Glyvenol cream is a preparation with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous and antipruritic effects. It relieves the symptoms of hemorrhoids, such as itching and pain. It can be used in the treatment of external and internal hemorrhoids, hence it should also have a supportive effect on fissure. Cetyl alcohol contained in the cream can cause local allergic reactions. Possible pain at the injection site is a rare side effect: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64145/procto-glyvenol-krem/apteki The leaflet included with the cream pack describes all the side effects reported so far. This does not mean that every patient will experience them. We wrote more about whether to be afraid of side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
