Can I use Tamivil and Azycin with Tamoxifen, Reseligo and Concor Cor?

Good morning, I am an oncological patient taking tamoxifen, reseligo and heart pills concor cor 1.25. I got the flu. The doctor ordered me Tamivil and the antibiotic Azucine, will these two drugs taken together not intensify the undesirable effects? Should there be any intervals between medications? And is it a safe option for an oncological patient?

Azycin can be used together with Tamoxifen and Reseligo only on the express recommendation of the attending physician. Medications should be used at doses and intervals prescribed by the doctor. The combined use of Azycin and Tamoxifen increases the risk of side effects such as irregular heart rhythm.
