Eloprine does not interact with Rupafine and Nebbud - drugs can be combined. Nevertheless, there are no studies confirming that Eloprine - inosine pranobex in any way protects against influenza virus. Unfortunately, so far in clinical trials, it has not been confirmed that inosine pranobex has any stronger effect than placebo, which means that there is no evidence of its clinical efficacy. What's more, there is no evidence that inosine shortens the duration of infection or relieving symptoms. Neosine or Groprinosin or Eloprine is not in any recommendations when it comes to the treatment of viral infections. Instead, we have an antiviral drug with proven effectiveness (oseltamivir) in alleviating the course of influenza, accelerating the resolution of symptoms, reducing the risk of developing complications and infectiousness of the patient to the environment. It can only be obtained with a prescription. Article you might be interested in: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-szybko-wyleczyc-grype
