Can Klabax be used for cystitis in a 10-year-old?

Witam.Czy Klabax can be used for cystitis in a 10-year-old child. Recurrent infections, this time with proteinuria.

Klabax is not approved for the treatment of urinary tract infections. I also do not find information about this drug in current recommendations. It is worth knowing, however, that based on your own medical knowledge, the doctor may recommend the use of the drug off-label — this is called off-label use.
