Is the dosage of 2 x 60mg of Ebilfuminn suitable for a child weighing 35kg?

My son has been feverish at 40-41 degrees since yesterday. He weighs 35 kg, he is 9 years old. The doctor found the flu. He got Ebifulmin 2xdaily for 60mg. In the pharmacy I got a dose of 30mg because there is no 60mg Should I give him 2 tablets of 30mg in the morning and the same in the evening? Isn't that too much? Although I have an excerpt from 2 years ago that the hospital also for flu is with a weight of 21.5 kg he was ordered 45mg 2 times a day. Please help

The recommended dosage for children weighing from 23kg to 40kg is 2 x 60mg (2x2 capsules 30mg) for 5 days or 2 x 60mg (2x2 capsules 30mg) for 10 days in immunocompromised patients. The dosage you describe is within the recommended doses described in the Summary of Product Characteristics for Ebilfumin. In case of further doubts, I attach information about the possibility of using teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
