Should I change my medication if Amlessa doesn't help me?

Good morning I wanted to ask I take Amlessa 8 + 5 and nebilet 5 half tablet. Can I change to Tezeo 40 +12.5,because after Amlessie recently the pressure jumps a little for me quite a long time I take Amlessa, and if it does not help whether I should swap.?

You cannot switch medicines against hypertension on your own. Amlessa is amlodipine with perindopril, for which you choose a low dose of nebivolol. The drug you are asking about is probably Tezeo HCT: hydrochlorothiazide with telmisarten. So these are different drugs and classes of drugs against hypertension. These are not equivalents and cannot be made without consulting a doctor. If your current treatment is no longer effective, you should contact your doctor. Sometimes it is enough to adjust the dose, change one ingredient or add only a diuretic to the medication you are currently taking. Both the group of drugs and the appropriate doses should be selected by a cardiologist based on a number of guidelines and your state of health. I enclose additional information about the drug Amlessa and Nebilet. Prescription products can be reserved at GdziePoLek and picked up stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/4705/amlessa-8-mg-5-mg-tabletki/apteki/w-warszawie You can read more about pressure problems in the following threads and articles: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/93891/witam-lekarz-kardiolog-przepisal-mi-triplixam-10-mg-2-5mg-5-m https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/nadcisnienie
