You cannot switch medicines against hypertension on your own. Amlessa is amlodipine with perindopril, for which you choose a low dose of nebivolol. The drug you are asking about is probably Tezeo HCT: hydrochlorothiazide with telmisarten. So these are different drugs and classes of drugs against hypertension. These are not equivalents and cannot be made without consulting a doctor. If your current treatment is no longer effective, you should contact your doctor. Sometimes it is enough to adjust the dose, change one ingredient or add only a diuretic to the medication you are currently taking. Both the group of drugs and the appropriate doses should be selected by a cardiologist based on a number of guidelines and your state of health. I enclose additional information about the drug Amlessa and Nebilet.
