What should I do if I feel dizzy, ankle pain and burning in my knees after Carexan?

The first 3 days I took one tablet, now from three days two tablets, as recommended by the doctor. So I take generally from 6 days. He feels a burning sensation in his knees and a slight pain in his ankle and dizziness. I was given this drug for general degeneration. I don't have any major problems with my knees. In the morning after waking up I had my left hand insensitive, it quickly returned to normal, because in a few minutes. What now? Reject? Ps.Corrigendum to the following statement.

Yes, it's about Cartexan. I reject for a few days. I will do a second approach to the drug. Thank you for your reply.
