Can switching from Orlifique to Vibin result in no withdrawal bleeding?

I use the first pack of Vibin 3mg + 0.03mg and I am currently on the 4th day of placebo and have not had any bleeding. I changed pills from Orlifique. Could this be the reason?

Irregular bleeding (spotting or intracyclic bleeding) may occur with all combined oral contraceptives (e.g. Vibin), especially in the first months of taking the pills. Withdrawal bleeding usually begins 2-3 days after the start, but can also appear on the 4th day or during active tablets. If the tablets are used regularly and the change has gone as directed, it is unlikely that the cause was an unplanned pregnancy. The assessment of irregular bleeding can only be reliable after the adaptation period of approximately 3 cycles (3 packs of new tablets), so this transition period often proceeds with irregular bleeding or no withdrawal bleeding. If in doubt, it is worth consulting a doctor. I leave a link to the text that may interest you: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/edukacja-seksualna-o-co-pacjenci-anonimowo-pytaja-farmaceutow
