Doloxib, Tizanor , and Pragiola Due to back problems, the family doctor assigned me drugs Doloxib 60mg and Tizanor 2mg. Later, the neurologist recommended me to take Pragiola 50mg, but unfortunately I forgot to ask if I can combine it with the above-mentioned drugs, or if I would better start until I finish those. Please advise.

The simultaneous use of tizanidine (Tizanor) and pregabalin (Pregabalin) may increase the hypotensive (lowering pressure) and depressive effects on the nervous system (causing drowsiness, impaired concentration, etc.). If the neurologist prescribing Pragiola did not know that your family doctor had prescribed Tizanor, it is a good idea to consult your doctor again. If you experience excessive sleepiness, difficulty concentrating or symptoms of a drop in blood pressure during the concomitant use of these medicines, you should report the fact of their occurrence to the doctor, who will decide whether the treatment can be safely continued.
