Taking two Vixpo contraceptive pills in one day is justified only in certain cases (they are described in detail in the leaflet of the drug). However, such an incidental event will not cause you to suddenly gain weight. The effect of contraceptive pills on body weight varies, individually variable, but the patient's diet and lifestyle, including physical activity, are still the most important.
