A single intake of a higher dose does not pose a health risk. The possibility of acute toxicity is small. And it is not necessary in this case to take special treatment. However, please do not increase the dose of the drug on your own, because if you use doses higher than recommended for a longer period, a certain degree of adrenal suppression cannot be excluded.
