According to the data on the leaflet of the drug, it is not recommended to use Herbapect syrup during breastfeeding: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/35043/herbapect-syrop/ulotka/25497 With dry cough, a safe solution during lactation will be marshmallow or plantain syrup. For wet cough, I recommend syrups based on acetylcysteine, ambroxol or bromhexine.
