Hello. I use Fluoxetin 20 g and Lamilept 25 mg. I feel like the flu is undressing me. I know paracetamol is the safest for fever, but can I take Aspirin C, or something like that? My doctor said that there is a tab on this page with information about the interreactions of drugs, but I could not find it. Best regards.

As your doctor said, paracetamol is safest in combination with Fluoxetin and Lamilept. Taking Aspirin simultaneously with Fluoxetin taking these drugs may result in bleeding of the gastrointestinal mucosa, especially if the patient suffers from stomach or duodenal ulcers. It is also worth investing in preparations that strengthen immunity. They will shorten the time of illness and prevent recurrence of the disease, e.g.: Imupret - is a herbal plant product that strengthens immunity and has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95856/imupret-drazetki/apteki
