You should take the tablet, and the next days continue using it at 10.00. From the previous dose to the next should pass a minimum of 24 hours, not 12 hours as you say here. However, if the delay in using the tablet was more than 12 hours (according to the above example, you would have to use the tablets at 10.00, and you took the tablet more than 12 hours later, i.e. at 22-23.00), in the evening you should take it as soon as you remember, and the next one as planned on the next day - at 10.00) In addition, at this time, protection in the form of, for example, a condom should be used for about 7 consecutive days.
