Up to @Alsamitna: In children weighing 25 kg, it is recommended to administer 3.75 ml of Klacid 250mg/5ml twice daily. Treatment should last from 5 to 10 days, depending on the type of infection and the course of the disease, which should be evaluated by the doctor.

A child weighing 37 kg should take 2 x daily 5 ml of Klacid suspension (250 mg / 5 ml). Every 12 hours, for example, 8.00 in the morning and 20.00 in the evening. The suspension should be reconstituted in accordance with the package leaflet. If the bottle is 100 ml, the medicine should last for 10 days of treatment. I encourage you to introduce a probiotic during antibiotic therapy to avoid possible side effects from the gastrointestinal tract. For example, Enterol, which we can combine immediately with antibiotics, is not necessary time interval.
