Hello, The doctor prescribed me Nalgesin forte 550 mg for muscle pain but does not help with headache if I can additionally take a drug such as Apap for headache???

Yes, you can use Apap while taking Nalgesin forte. Remember to keep the time interval between drugs min. 4h. At your next doctor's appointment, please inform the specialist about all the medicines you are taking.
