Can Feminum gel be sensitizing? What is a hypoallergenic intimate gel?

Can Feminum gel be sensitizing? I do not feel any burning sensation when using it, but this is the second time I have vulvitis on a more allergic background and I do not know if this can be the cause. If the gel is not hypoallergenic, please recommend another gel to facilitate water-based relations and to be hypoallergenic
