Should I take the "pill after" if I take Qlaira tablets for less than a month and I have had intercourse?

In a situation where I have been taking Qlaira contraceptive pills for less than a month, and there has been intercourse between me and my partner, and although we tried to be careful, I am not sure if there was fertilization, should I take the pill the day after in case of unwanted pregnancy?

If you use the pills regularly and you took your first tablet on the first day of your period, there is no reason to worry. Protection is then maintained from the first tablet.
