Can anticoagulant injections cause headache, hypertension and calf pain?

Hi I have a question I take anticoagulant injections, after breast surgery is it normal after administering the injection somewhere about half an hour begins to hurt my head and the back and calves pressure I have then 123/85 please help, thank you very much greetings

Headache is a common side effect of Neoparin injections. Increased pressure and calf pain should be consulted with a doctor. Perhaps more extensive diagnostics will be necessary.
