Good morning, Some time ago I scratched my ear blood flowed, after a few days a scab appeared. But unfortunately I scratched it off. Later, after a few days, the skin in the middle of the ear became like psoriasis, "crusts" began to form. What could it be? Will it already be psoriasis?

Again, I attach a link to the teleconsultation, or I encourage you to visit the clinic - the diagnosis of the disease lies with the doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Unfortunately, the photo is blurred and it is difficult for me to say whether it will be helpful in the case of an on-line visit.

It is difficult to answer only on the basis of your post. Perhaps there was some change in the ear that is now festering or inflammation led to regenerative changes in the epidermis of the ear. Peeling of the skin in the ear may be the result of excessive exposure to adverse external conditions (e.g. currently - frost) and improper hydration of the epidermis, sometimes accompanied by infectious changes. If it came to the fact that there are "crusts" in the ear, then it is best to show the change at the family doctor. You can try a teleconsultation with a dermatologist, but it would be necessary to take at least a good picture of the lesion. However, not all skin ailments can be easily diagnosed in this way: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Not every peeling of the skin is psoriasis. At the initial stage of the disease, there is a primary papule, and in the case of developed lesions - shields covered with silvery scales. After scraping them, the skin underneath is shiny, looks like it is covered with wax, and minor bleeding may also occur. One ear is not a typical location of psoriasis - usually lesions occur on the elbows, knees, scalp, face and in the lumbosacral region (sacrum and gluteal region) and on the skin of the feet and hands.
