Can stomach upset and constipation appear after Epiram?

After escipram 10 mg I take half a tablet, can there be problems with stomach, bloating and constipation?

Side effects such as constipation and gastrointestinal disorders have been reported while taking Escipram. Side effects may appear at different times of therapy, at the beginning or after a longer period of taking medication. Side effects while taking Escipram are usually felt most strongly during the first 2 weeks after starting treatment.
