The medicine you are taking is probably Acard, not Accard. If yes - please read on. You may not take a herbal dietary supplement instead of Acard (a medicine) containing acetylsalicylic acid with a documented effect in antiphospholipid syndrome, which is only intended to supplement food and cannot be attributed medicinal properties. The main problem in the course of antiphospholipid syndrome is the formation of blood clots in the veins and in the arteries. The most common complications are thrombosis and miscarriages. Treatment is chronic and consists of the administration of drugs that affect blood clotting - the aforementioned acetylsalicylic acid, in some patients it is more appropriate to use heparin or oral anticoagulants. As I have already mentioned - diseases are not treated with herbs. If you are interested in the offer of Himalaya products, I encourage you to browse the following category - over-the-counter preparations can be purchased online (similarly to Acard): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/himalaya-suplementy
