Hello, today is the 53rd day since the last intercourse, the last period of December 20 and was 12 days late and stingy than always (I usually had more bloody nienienie) I have today the 28th day of the cycle instead of the period from yesterday evening to this afternoon I had a slight pink spotting. I did 2 pregnancy tests and they came out negative. Can I 100 percent rule out pregnancy? And what can be caused by such spotting, instead of blood, I have a cyst of 1.5 cm on the ovary, I was at the gynecologist on December 28 and after the tests he said that everything is ok except for the cyst, which will probably absorb itself? What should I do if my period doesn't appear in a few days?

The test results mean no pregnancy. After 22 days after intercourse, the results can already be considered reliable.
