Can vomiting occur after Fluenz Tetra?

Hello, yesterday I vaccinated my child intranasally for the first time against flu and today a day after vaccination vomiting is it a side effect?

Vomiting is not included as a observed adverse reaction of Fluenz Tetra intranasal vaccine. Perhaps these are signs of infection. If the symptoms do not go away, it is worth consulting a pediatrician. Until the visit, you can give your child over-the-counter antiemetics.
