Will a slightly damaged blister of the contraceptive pill affect its effectiveness?

Hello, does a slightly open window with the contraceptive pill affect its operation? Is it less effective? Can I take it calmly and everything will be fine? Atywia daily

In that case, in my opinion, the tablets are suitable for use. Don't worry.

Thank you very much for your reply. The tablets were stored in the original packaging in a drawer, and this violation occurred about 3/4 days ago

If the blister was in a dry, shaded place and the violation occurred recently - e.g. a few days - the tablet can be used, as it should retain its durability and effectiveness. If you are not sure how long the blister has been tampered with and whether the storage conditions were correct, it is safest to take the selected tablet from the spare blister and dispose of the one from the damaged blister. Then you will be 100% sure about its effectiveness. I encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przechowywac-leki
