How many ml and how to use the antibiotic Ospamox?

I have a question about the antibiotic ospamox. The doctor recommended using: 2x a day 6 daw. (Morning 6 daw., evening 6 daw.). So how many ml of suspension to administer? This is the first time we have such an antibiotic and I do not know how to go about it.

We use the antibiotic twice a day, at regular intervals - that is, every 12 hours. Probably by "daw" the doctor meant ml - that is, 2x6 ml is to be administered. Nevertheless, I encourage you to contact a specialist to confirm. However, to determine whether the dose is appropriate, it is necessary to provide the antibiotic concentration (250/5 or 500/5) and the body weight of the child. (If the child weighs about 13 kg - or more - that's probably ok) According to the manufacturer, the drug should be prepared as follows: "To prepare the suspension, fill the bottle with fresh drinking water to a level about 1 cm below the mark, close and shake immediately. After the foam has settled, slowly top up with water exactly to the mark marked on the bottle. Shake vigorously again. A white or slightly yellowish suspension with a fruity smell is ready for use. The bottle should be shaken before each use" Store the reconstituted suspension in the refrigerator. During the administration of an antibiotic, as well as after the course of therapy, it is worth supplementing the diet with probiotic bacteria: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/probiotyki-czy-warto-stosowac-leki-oslonowe
