Has Aspirin Effect been discontinued?

Good morning, I would like to inquire about the availability of the product Aspirin Effect. I found out that it is practically no longer in pharmacies, in wholesalers it is also unavailable. Has it been withdrawn from the market? I wanted to contact Bayer representatives, but to no avail.
