Should I see a doctor if I have a headache, stuffy ears and anxiety after the antibiotic Klacid?

I had a sinus problem for a few days. From two days after taking Klacid ( tablet) I have a headache, stuffy ears I feel weakness, anxiety. He doesn't feel very well. Will this pass or should I see a doctor?
