Does taking approx. 1 g of vitamin C affect the effectiveness of Vines?
If I have taken about 1g of vitamin C, can the effectiveness of Vines tablets be reduced? Once I took this amount, I took half a scoop of 1g of vitamin C and drank 2 sachets of gripovity. In addition, it does not supplement vitamin C

Since you did not exceed the dose of 1 g of vitamin C (500 mg (loose vitamin C) + 120 mg (2 sachets of Gripovita), the effectiveness of contraceptive pills was preserved.
