Good morning. He has been taking Medikinet 10mg CR twice a day for a week. I got sick, I suspect it's the flu or covid. I do not know if I can take Gripex, aspirin, ibuprofen. Please let me know if these drugs interact with medikinet, Symla 100mg per day, or Depratal 120mg per day. Best regards

Medikinet and Depratal should not be combined with Gripex or Aspirin. Such a combination can cause an increase in blood pressure, as well as an accelerated or irregular heartbeat. Headaches and even disturbances of consciousness may also appear. The paracetamol in Gripex may reduce the effect of Symla. A safe solution for fever can be Pyralgina: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65496/pyralgina-tabletki/apteki It is also worth doing a home test for COVID, flu and RSV. The test can be purchased in pharmacies and on-line: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/117592/test-antygenowy-grypa-a-b-covid-19-rsv-combo-milapharm-test/apteki If it turns out that you have the flu, it is worth going to the doctor. Perhaps the specialist will recommend the implementation of an anti-flu drug.
