Only vitamin C, when used in doses greater than 1000 mg per day, can cause cycle disorders and thus reduce the effectiveness of protection. Smaller doses will not have such interactions. Temporarily, it is enough to keep an interval of about 3 hours. Vitamins are best used with a meal, rather in the morning / morning. (Especially vitamin D, which can cause sleep problems - insomnia - when used in the evening.) Several preparations can be used together.
