What should I do if Aklief has increased sebum production?

What should I do if Aklief has increased sebum production and my face shines immediately after applying care or make-up? It is also not a matter of the cream I use for the day, because I have already tested a lot and for each of them the effect is the same.

The intensification of sebum production may be - paradoxically - the result of excessive drying of the skin, which "saves" itself and tries to grease by increasing the production of sebaceous glands. However, sebum is not fully compatible with the composition of the skin lipids. You wrote that you have already used "a lot" of creams, so I understand that you often change your care. However, is it adapted to the needs of your skin? Perhaps you still choose mattifying and anti-acne cosmetics? Those that further dry out the skin? Please also remember that cosmetics do not have a chance to "work" within a few days or several days. Perhaps it is worth trying to use preparations that rebuild the hydrolipid barrier. I encourage you to read the following threads: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/81985/cerave-jak-zaczac-swiadoma-pielegnacje-twarzy https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/91298/dzien-dobry-jakie-serumkrem-zastosowac-do-odbudowy-bariery-hydr You did not write how long you have been using Aklief and whether - despite the "shining" of the skin - it brought the desired therapeutic effects when it comes to acne and blackheads. If so, then perhaps only care is inappropriate - you can always use the advice of a cosmetologist. If, in the end, you are dissatisfied with the effects of Aklief, it is best to talk about it with your dermatologist. Trifarotene has anti-inflammatory and depigmenting effects, as well as comedolytic - reducing on blackheads. I enclose more information about the drug Aklief, which can be booked on WherePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/105576/aklief-krem/apteki/w-warszawie

I have been using the drug for 2 months, and I do not change my care often. I also do not use drying creams. I focus on moisturizing my skin. Despite this, the face still produces excessively sebum.
