If you mean Bisocard, Tertensif SR and Eliquis, please read on. All these drugs are available only on prescription, so I assume that you have been prescribed for specific diseases, i.e. hypertension, venous thrombotic disease and possibly heart disorders. Medicines do not interact significantly with each other if taken as directed by your doctor.
