Will these medicines negatively affect the effectiveness of Slinda?

Hello, I took yesterday at 14 contraceptive pill Slinda, then two hours later I drank fervex , then aspirin and late in the evening I took ibuprom sprint if it could negatively affect the effectiveness of the pills?

No, it shouldn't. Paracetamol (eg Apap, Paracetamol Biofarm) at a dose of more than 3 g per day (6 tablets of 500 mg) may reduce the effectiveness of contraception, but you drank Ferver in the amount of probably 1-2 sachets, which in no way weaken the effectiveness of Slinda tablets. In my opinion, there is no cause for concern, the effectiveness of the drug will be preserved.
