Can I drink alcohol during treatment with Nebicard?

Hello, I take in the morning ie around 7:00 tablet for hypertension nebicard 10. Can I drink a beer or something stronger in the evening around 20/21?

During treatment with Nebicard, it is recommended to exercise extreme caution when consuming alcohol. Alcohol may increase the hypotensive effect of Nebicard, which may result in, for example, fainting: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/52520/nebicard-tabletki/apteki Therefore, it is recommended to avoid drinking alcohol during hours similar to taking the medicine.
